• You grant Aniqra a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and promote your content on the platform.
• We may edit, remove or refuse any content at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, offensive or infringing content.
• Scrape, copy or harvest data from the platform without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any business.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The platform may display results and links from third parties (such as hotel, flight, deal and rental providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing or transactions.

The Aniqra name, logo, design and software are our property or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniqra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to These Terms
